Dr Kate Granger

I have just found Dr Kate’s blog…how incredible she is, this is how it should be and what I would like to achieve here in Australia. We also have a very British understanding of life and death, and it is not usually openly discussed.

Shares openly her end of life story, her emotions are real and peppered with both sadness and happiness. She reiterated the absolute importance that music is to her wellbeing. And tells how she has chosen her funeral music.

I am a Registered Nurse and I find that many people have issues when it comes to contemplating their end of life. There are many reasons why it has become a taboo in Western Medicine. I hope that with Dr Kate’s story she will break the glass ceiling on death matters.
